The private onsen was amazing with a stunning view. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the beef and seafood dishes. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the pick-up at the station to the farewell at the end of the stay. The hotel was located in a peaceful area, ideal for a relaxing weekend getaway.

The shuttle service to the station had limited availability, making it difficult to plan activities in the city. The room lighting was not very bright and made it hard to read at night.

They had free shuttle service to and from the station every 30 minutes and hot spring baths for relaxation. They also offered delicious food with a wide range of choices from meat to fish. Another advantage I had was the beautiful view the hotel offered of the city.

The hotel was extremely noisy which made it very difficult for me to sleep. the walls were paper thin where I could hear the people next door sneezing and the bed was very hard which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful ryokan nestled in the mountains. the Japanese-Western style room was spacious and had a private onsen with a great view. the staff was friendly and quick to respond to our requests. the meals were delicious with high-quality beef and seafood. Free shuttle bus service to Yufuin downtown and nearby areas make traveling easy. We were glad to see the staff's effort to try to call for a taxi, should we decide to go farther, such as Kansai or even Fukuoka area.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim, making it hard to read or work.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute drive from the train station. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping the rooms spotless and comfortable. The shuttle service provided was a convenient way to get around. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay including heating, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy sitting area. The on-site car park made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. The garden area was a lovely place to relax and unwind. The hot spring bath was a fantastic experience, especially the open-air bath. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the massage service was a great way to pamper myself. I highly recommend this place to family and friends.

During my stay, I enjoyed the cleanliness and the hotel facilities the most. Additionally, the transportation service made it convenient to get around this city and explore all there was to see.
